Looking out from Kenyon House	Idyllically located on the shore of Skaha Lake, our little cottage is a great venue for meetings, retreats or small parties. Its lakeside location in Kenyon Park makes it ideal for family get-togethers, too. The kids will love the playground equipment and the shallow beach.
Recently renovated, the open space is equipped with a full kitchen, two washrooms and fabulous views. A large barbeque is available. Seats about 20 people. Rates: $60 for 4 hours or less; $90 per full day (+gst and $15 insurance surcharge) Children's birthday parties: Only $40

The Clubroom
Comfortably seating 40, this is a simple, professional room for meetings, workshops or get-togethers. Often rented in conjunction with the adjacent kitchen to make meal preparation and serving simple. Tables and chairs are included in the rates. Seats 60 comfortably.
Rates: $60 for 4 hours or less; $90 per full day (+ gst and $15 insurance fee)
With Kitchen: $90 for 4 hours or less; $175 per full day (+ gst and $15 insurance fee)

Gymnasium
The Okanagan Falls Elementary School is available for public meetings, conferences and special events, such as wedding and anniversaries.
Please call us to discuss your event, schedule a tour of the facility and obtain a quote (rates do vary with the nature of the event).

Please note…

• All facilities are self-catering; we ask that you clean-up after your function, leaving it as you found it for the next party. This allows us to keep costs down.
• Special occasion licence is required to serve or consume liquor.
• Damage deposit of $300 required for all bookings.
• Payment in full is required at the time of booking; refunds will be made with 2 weeks notice, less a $25 processing fee.
• Regarding gymnasium rentals: private functions, such as weddings and other parties are permitted for Area D residents only. All public meetings, courses and conferences are most welcome.
